órale

/ˈoɾale/

interjection/ˈoɾale/

let's go, come on, hurry (used to exhort); oh my God, wow, whoa (indicates amazement, astonishment, excitement, surprise, shock, fear); yes, okay, alright (indicates approbation)

From ora (apheretic form of ahora) + le. Unrelated to the imperative órale (“pray!, say!”) in etymology 2, though perhaps influenced by it through association. Some other Mexican Spanish exhortative exclamations are proparoxytone imperative forms ending in -le (ándale, apúrale, córrele, etc.).
