Si sólo le alcanza a divisar un brazo o una pierna, el individuo no muere, pero queda con aquel miembro paralizado por el resto de sus días.” — [The Basilisk] lives in caves, from which it stalks its victim, poking out only its head in order to kill them with its gaze. If it manages to glimpse only an arm or a leg, the individual does not die, but is left with that limb paralized for the rest of their days.
