carcajearse

To laugh raucously, to burst out in guffaws — from carcajada (a loud laugh). Often used with de to mean laughing at or mocking someone: se carcajea de todo el mundo (he laughs at/mocks everyone).

• Se carcajeó al escuchar el chiste. — He burst out laughing when he heard the joke.
• Todos se carcajearon con la broma. — Everyone cracked up at the joke.
• Se carcajea de sus propios errores. — She laughs at her own mistakes.

Carcajearse is much louder and more raucous than simply reírse (to laugh) — don't reach for it to describe a polite chuckle; it implies a loud, uninhibited burst of laughter.
