A very recent internet-slang anglicism, borrowed directly from English "to cuck" — used in online meme and forum culture to mean humiliating someone romantically, typically by being unfaithful to or stealing a partner from them. It's crude, extremely informal, and largely confined to online slang.
This is crude internet slang, not standard Spanish in any register — engañar or ponerle los cuernos a alguien are the actual Spanish expressions for infidelity, and cuckear will read as an odd, very online anglicism outside meme contexts.
